脑卒中后继发性癫痫患者采用依达拉奉与丙戊酸钠联合治疗的临床效果及对NSE的影响分析

目的探讨采用依达拉奉与丙戊酸钠联合治疗脑卒中后继发性癫痫(Post Stroke Epilepsy,PSE)患者的临床效果及对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(Neuron Specific Enolase,NSE)的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2016年5月在本院住院治疗的70例PSE患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组有35例患者纳入,均给予降血压、降血脂、抗凝等常规治疗,对照组口服丙戊酸钠缓释片,观察组加依拉达奉静脉滴注,比较两组患者治疗效果与治疗前后NSE含量变化。结果经过1年随访,观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,对照组治疗总有效率为77.14%,治疗后不同时期观察组NSE含量均明显低于对照组,以上各指标观察组均优于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉与丙戊酸钠联合治疗PSE可提高疗效,降低NSE水平,值得临床借鉴。

Objective Explore the clinical effect of edaravone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of PSE and its influence on NSE. Results After one year follow-up, The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%, and that of the control group was 77.14%. The NSE content in the observation group was significantly lower than that the control group at different stages after treatment. The above indexes in the observation group were better than the control group, There was significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of PSE can improve the curative effect and reduce the level of NSE, It is worthy of clinical reference.
