A型肉毒毒素咬肌注射重塑面下部1/3轮廓的有效性及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of botulinum toxin type A masseter injected into the lower part of 1/3 contour of heavy plastic surface

目的探讨A型肉毒毒素咬肌注射重塑面下部1/3轮廓的临床应用效果及安全性。方法选取本院整形外科于2016年6月至2017年10月期间收治的56例面下部1/3轮廓重塑患者作为研究对象,对所有患者给予A型肉毒毒素(50单位)咬肌注射并辅以玻尿酸颏部填充治疗。观察患者治疗及随访期间的不良反应情况及临床有效性。结果本次56例面部重塑患者均顺利完成手术治疗,治疗过程及随访期间均未出现血管损伤、神经损伤以及瘢痕遗留等任何不良反应。随访6个月后,51例取得显著疗效,4例有效,1例为无效(面部皮肤松弛),总有效为55例,总有效率为98.21%(55/56)。结论 A型肉毒毒素咬肌注射对面下部1/3轮廓的重塑效果好,有效率高,术后并发症少,安全性高,在面下部轮廓塑形中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A injection of masseter square - shape contour 1/3. Methods 56 patients with 1/3 profile remodeling in the lower surface of the lower face were selected from the plastic surgery of our hospital in June 2016 to 2017 October. All patients were given A botulinum toxin (50 unit) masseter muscle and supplemented with hyaluronic chin filling. The adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of patients during treatment and follow-up period were observed. Results All the 56 cases of facial remodeling were treated successfully. No adverse reactions such as vascular injury, nerve injury and scar left over during the treatment and follow-up period were not found. After 6 months follow-up, 51 cases achieved significant curative effect, 4 cases were effective, 1 cases were ineffective (facial skin laxity), the total effective rate was 55 cases, the total effective rate was 98.21%. Conclusion The masseter muscle injection of botulinum toxin A has good remolding effect, high efficiency, less postoperative complications and high safety. It has important application value in the contour of the lower surface of 1/3.
