以核心胜任力为导向的Sandwich教学法在儿科护理学中的应用

Application of Sandwich Method in pediatric nursing teaching based on a competency-oriented method

目的评价以核心胜任力为导向的Sandwich教学法在儿科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选择广西中医药大学护理学院2015级护理学专业1、2班的196名护理学生为研究对象,每班各98人,以抽签法分组(班)。试验班(1班)采用以核心胜任力为导向的Sandwich教学法开展儿科护理教学,对照班(2班)采用传统教学法。采用满意度评价问卷、核心能力量表和期末理论考核等评价方式分析教学效果。结果试验班学生理论考核成绩、评判性思维能力好于对照班(P<0. 05),对教学效果及教学方法的总体满意度及评价均明显优于对照班(均P<0. 05)。结论以核心胜任力为导向的Sandwich教学法有利于引导学生解决护理实践中的实际问题,增强学生评判性思维,提高分析与解决儿科护理临床问题的能力。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of core competency-oriented with Sandwich teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods One hundred and ninety-six nursing students from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two classes by the method of lottery,with 98 students in each group.The Sandwich teaching method was performed in experimental class,while the control class adopted the traditional teaching method.The teaching efficiency was evaluated by means of satisfaction evaluation questionnaire,core competence scale and the final examination.Results The performance of theoretical assessment and critical thinking ability of the students in the experimental class was better than those in the control class(P<0.05).And the satisfaction rate of teaching method was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Sandwich teaching method guided by core competency is conducive to guiding students to solve practical problems in nursing practice,developing students ability to critical thinking,and improving their ability to analyze and solve clinical problems in pediatric nursing.
