医药高职院老挝留学生跨文化融入机制探析

随着我国来华留学生招生规模的逐步扩大,越来越多的高职院加入到招收来华留学生的行列中来,医药卫生类高职院招收来华留学生规模也日益扩大。文章主要论述在跨文化的大背景下,江苏卫生健康职业学院作为一所医药卫生类高职院,结合自身办学特点,创新举措,积极探讨老挝留学生融入机制,并有针对性地提出融入方法建议和对策。

With the gradual expansion of the enrollment of international students in China,more and more vocational colleges have began to recruit international students.The number of foreign students enrolled in medical vocational colleges has also increased.The experience from Jiangsu Health Vocational College that breaking down the cultural barriers between different students will be introduced in this article.
