摘要
采用相关分析和通径分析这两种方法,来研究缢蛏的表型形态性状对体质量和软体部重的影响。随机抽取缢蛏100只,分别测定其壳长(X_1)、壳宽(X_2)、壳高(X_3)、体质量(Y_1)和软体部重(Y_2)5项贝壳表型性状参数,并分别计算了各表型性状间的相关系数,以及表型性状作为自变量,对体质量和软体部重作为因变量的通径系数和决定系数。结果表明,通过缢蛏表型性状间的相关分析对两性状间的关系进行明确的定量,有利于制定合理的多性状选择方案,为缢蛏选育提供理想的测度指标。
The correlation and path analysis was used to determine the genetic correlation between weight traits and morphological traits in the marine S.constrzcta.A total of 100 samples of S.constrzcta from a wild population were used in this experiment.Shell length(X1),shell width(X2),shell height(X3),body weight(Y1)and soft-tissue weight(Y2)were measured,and the correlation coefficient matrix was calculated.Morphological traits were used as independent variables and weight traits as dependent variables for path coefficient analysis.The operculum height had the highest positive direct effect on both body weight and soft-tissue weight,which accorded with the test results obtained from determinate coefficient analysis.The indication of high genetic correlations between weight traits and morphological traits will provide useful information for S.constrzcta breeding programs.
