Small molecular protein kinase inhibitors were tools that often used to unravel a complex network of cell signaling under certain physiological and pathophysiological conditions. The synthesis of pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives is important, because they were present in various biologically active compounds such as anti-cancer agents,antibacterial agents, anti-parasitic agents, anti-inflammatory agents and anti-diabetic agents. In this article,the effects of pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives on microbes were summarized.
