摘要
柴油车尾气颗粒物(Diesel Exhaust Particles,DEP)是大气颗粒物的主要成分,普遍存在于环境空气中。它通过氧化应激性对机体造成氧化性损伤,并且通过降低宿主防御感染能力,调节氧化应激反应以及增加血小板活化加速动脉血栓形成,与人类的心血管以及呼吸道等疾病密切相关。
Diesel Exhaust Particles (DEP) is the main component of atmospheric particulate matter and is ubiquitous in ambient air. It causes oxidative damage to the body through oxidative stress, and accelerates arterial thrombosis by reducing host defense against infection, regulating oxidative stress and increasing platelet activation, and is closely related to human cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
