摘要
金属催化碳氢活化反应具有原子经济性高、合成路线简单等优点逐渐成为有机化学研究的热点之一。本文以不同导向基团出发概述了金属催化的芳烃碳氢键活化反应。
Metal-catalyzed C-H activation reactions in directing-group-containing benzenes have resulted in efficient synthetic routes to functionalized arenes. In these transformations, atom economy is maximized by avoiding the prefunctionalization. Here we made a review on metal-catalyzed directed reaction of aromatic C–H bonds.
