摘要
针对动力系统冗余要求设计了一种大流量液路隔断阀。利用AnsoftMaxwell软件进行仿真计算出该阀处于关闭状态打开和处于打开状态关闭时的磁感应强度、磁力线分布及瞬间电磁综合吸力特性曲线,并给出了试验测试值,仿真计算值与试验测试值一致。仿真结果表明:带永久磁铁自锁结构类电磁阀门在设计过程中要抓住关键点,进行阀门在各个工作电压下的磁场性能仿真计算,确保设计出来的阀门工作可靠。
Aiming at the redundancy of power system, a big flow liquid obstruct valve is designed. Ansoft Maxwell simulation analyses are adopted and the magnetic induction intensity, magnetic lines, and instant magnetic suction curves are obtained when valve opens at close status and closes at open status. Besides, the test results are listed. The simulation results correspond with the rest results. The paper summarizes the key design points of the self-locking solenoid valve with permanent magnet, calculates the valve magnetic properties under different work voltage, and proves the valve's work reliability.
