摘要
为了适应运载火箭推迟发射、再次补加,点火后紧急关机及中止发射推进剂泄出时对地面供气的需求,采用了中心球锁式零秒脱落连接器的技术方案。连接器可以在火箭点火起飞一定高度,确认发射流程不可逆时才完成分离、脱落,在此之前一直保持可靠对接、密封,并得到试验和实际使用验证。研究结果表明:中心球锁式零秒脱落连接器的设计及应用,可为类似产品的开发提供重要参考。
To accommodate the need of rocket for gas supply of delayed launch, supplement again, emergency shutdown and propellant discharge after suspending the launch, the technical scheme of zero second separating connector with central ball lock is applied in this paper. The connector can keep status of connection and seal until the rocket takes off to a certain height and fall off. The scheme has been verified by experiment and practical application. The design and application process will provide reference for development of similar products.
