摘要
介绍了一种非接触式流量测量系统—声呐流量计,其具有精度高、量程大、安装方便、适应性好、使用寿命长等特点。声呐流量计分为两部分:一部分为流量计测量终端,主要由传感器阵列和前置放大器组成,此终端通过耦合于管壁外侧传感器带的各个阵元测量得到时域湍流脉动信号,经过前置放大器将各通道的模拟信号放大传输到后端的流量处理系统中;另一部分为主控系统,主要完成信号调理、信号采集、信号处理、结果输出功能。整个系统以实用、稳定、可靠为最终设计目标,在保证实现基本功能的基础上,尽量优化硬件设计和软件设计,降低系统成本。
In the paper,a non-contact flow measurement system-sonar flowmeter is introduced.It has the characteristics of high accuracy,large measuring range,easy installation,good adaptability and long service life.The sonar flowmeter is divided into two parts.One part is the measuring terminal of the flowmeter.It is mainly composed of sensor array and preamplifier.The terminal can measure the turbulent fluctuation signal in time domain by each element coupled to the sensor belt outside the tube wall.The analog signal of each channel is amplified and transmitted to the back end by preamplifier.The other part is the main control system,which completes the signal conditioning,signal acquisition,signal processing,output function.The whole system is practical,stable and reliable as the final design goal.On the basis of guaranteeing the realization of basic functions,the hardware design and software design should be optimized to reduce the cost of the system.
