Key Technologies and Development of Fully Automatic Container Terminals

自动化集装箱码头经过20多年发展,日渐成熟。中国在全自动化集装箱码头成套关键技术方面已处于世界引领地位。总结了目前世界自动化集装箱码头设备及其工艺系统,在分析中国青岛前湾港四期和上海洋山港四期2个全自动化集装箱码头项目设备成套关键技术基础上,梳理和归纳了全自动化集装箱码头设施设备关键技术,分析了技术发展趋势,可为未来自动化集装箱码头建设和发展提供参考。

The automated container terminals(ACT)have grown and matured after more than 20 years of development,during which China has been playing a leading role in key packed technologies for the fully ACT.Reviewing on the handling cranes and systemes of all of ACTs in the current world,and analysising of the key technologies of two fully automated terminal projects in China Qianwan phase 4 in Qingdao and Yangshan phase 4 in Shanghai,summarizes the key packed technologies of fully ACT.Meanwhile,this paper also analyzes the trend of future development in technology fields,and may ideally provide references for the future construction and development of automated terminals in China.
