摘要
由多羟基碳酸如聚乳酸(PLA)制备的移植物的降解,可引起宿主周围组织的局部酸中毒,导致严重的临床并发症。德国亚琛工业大学皮毛纺织技术研究所(ITA)开发出一种添加微凝胶的PLA纤维,其降解后pH值呈中性。通过双组分溶液纺丝工艺,可调控纤维中微凝胶的空间分布状态,赋予纤维一定的拉伸强度,以适应后续的纺织加工。
The degradation of implants made of polyhydroxycarbon acids,e.g.polylactic acid(PLA),can cause local acidosis of the surrounding tissue leading to dramatic clinical complications.At the Institut für Textiltechnik(ITA)of RWTH Aachen University(ITA),Aachen/Germany,PLA fibers with added microgels were developed,which show pH-neutral degradation characteristics.By using a bi-component solution spinning process,the spatial distribution of micro-gel in the fiber shall be controlled,thus allowing a resulting tensile strength of the fiber,which is suitable for further textile processing.
