不同土壤调理剂对水稻生长及镉积累的影响 被引量:11

摘要 通过对田间分区试验,研究了不同调理剂(A、B、C)对水稻生长特性、产量和吸收积累镉的影响。结果表明:2个水稻品种在施用不同种类、不同添加量的土壤调理剂后,种间差异不显著,分区间差异显著。相比对照组,施加土壤调理剂A、B、C后,对2种水稻品种的相关特性和产量都有一定的提升作用,并且可以显著提高水稻田土壤pH值和降低土壤中有效镉的含量,水稻糙米、稻壳、茎叶和根系中的镉含量有明显降低,且均呈下降趋势;根部向茎叶、茎叶向稻壳转运系数和稻壳向糙米相比于对照,均呈现下降趋势,且均达到了显著性水平。综上表明,采用450 kg/667m2的土壤调理剂A时,2个水稻品种相关整体指标最佳,有利于水稻增产和品质的提升,降低土壤镉生物有效性,抑制镉的迁移转运,降低水稻植株中镉含量和镉积累量。 The effects of different conditioners(A,B,C)on the growth characteristics,yield and cadmium uptake and accumulation of rice were studied through field experiments.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two rice varieties after applying different kinds of soil conditioners and different amounts of soil conditioners.Compared with the control group,the application of soil conditioners A,B and C could improve the relative characteristics and yield of the two rice varieties,and could significantly improve the soil pH value of the paddy field and reduce the content of available cadmium in the soil.The cadmium content in brown rice,rice husk,stem,leaf and root decreased significantly,and all showed a downward trend.Compared with the control,the translocation coefficient from root to stem and leaf,stem and leaf to rice husk and from rice husk to brown rice showed a downward trend and reached a significant level.In summary,when 6750 kg/hm^2 soil conditioner A was used,the related overall indexes of the two rice varieties were the best,which was conducive to the improvement of rice yield and quality,the reduction of soil cadmium bioavailability,the inhibition of cadmium migration and transportation,and the reduction of cadmium content and cadmium accumulation in rice plants.
