摘要
为了筛选出对柑橘砂皮病有良好防效的杀菌剂,采用生长速率法比较26种杀菌剂对柑橘砂皮病菌(Diaporthe citri)的室内毒力。测定结果表明:26种杀菌剂对柑橘砂皮病菌的生长均表现出不同程度的抑制作用。在治疗性杀菌剂中,毒力最高的是250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯EC,EC50为0.200 1 mg/L;在保护性杀菌剂中,毒力最高的是80%代森锰锌WP,EC50为3.394 6 mg/L。将2种杀菌剂按照一定比例混配,联合毒力测定和评价结果表明两者以1∶5混配对抑制柑橘砂皮病菌的生长增效作用最强。
In order to screen out the fungicides with good prevention and control effects on Diaporthe citri,the toxicity of 26 fungicides against Diaporthe citri in laboratory was measured by means of mycelium growth rate method.According to the results,the 26 fungicides show different degrees of inhibition on the growth of Diaporthe citri.Among the curative fungicides,the one of the highest virulence is 250 g/L Pyraclostrobin EC,with EC50 of 0.2001 mg/L;among the protective ones,80%Mancozeb WP is the most virulent,with EC50 of 3.3946 mg/L.Mixing the two fungicides in a certain proportion,the test and evaluation of combined toxicity show that at the mixing ratio of 1:5,the strongest synergistic inhibiting effect on the growth of Diaporthe citri can be obtained.
