摘要
氟啶胺是一种广谱杀菌剂,为在草莓上科学应用,分别进行50%氟啶胺悬浮剂(SC)对草莓灰霉病防效及安全性评价试验。结果表明:50%氟啶胺SC 750倍对草莓灰霉病防效优异,一次药后7 d防效为59.82%,二次药后7 d、14 d防效分别为81.47%和96.64%,优于50%嘧菌环胺水分散粒剂(WDG)1 000倍、50%啶酰菌胺WDG 1 250倍和25%啶菌噁唑乳油(EC)500倍的防效,差异显著或极显著。低温期(16℃)喷药处理,50%氟啶胺SC 1 000、750、500、300倍对草莓安全,未见药害现象;高温期(38℃)喷药处理,50%氟啶胺SC 1 000、750、500、300倍各浓度处理对草莓萼片造成药害,浓度越高,症状越明显,数天后可缓解,不影响草莓的正常生长。试验结果可知,50%氟啶胺SC防治草莓病害的浓度750~1 500倍为宜,喷药时避开高温。
Fluazinam is a broad-spectrum fungicide.For its reasonable use on strawberry,the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of 50%Fluazinam Suspensions(SC)against strawberry gray mold was conducted.Field tests show that the control effect of 750 times liquid of 50%Fluazinam Suspension(SC)is prominent,which is 59.82%7 days after the first treatment,81.47%and 96.64%respectively 7 days and 14 days after the second treatment.The control effect of 50%Fluazinam SC is better than that of 1 000 times liquid of 50%Cyprodinil WDG(Water Dispersible Granule),1 250 times liquid of 50%Boscalid WDG and 500 times liquid of 25%SYP-Z048 EC(Emulsifiable Concentrate)with significant or extremely significant differences.Besides,no symptom of chemical damage was observed on strawberries after spraying 1 000,750,500 and 300 times liquid of 50%Fluazinam Suspension(SC)during low temperature period(16℃).However,the same treatment(SC)provided at high temperature(38℃)produced injuries to some sepals with the symptoms becoming more obvious when the concentration of liquid was increasing.But after a few days the symptoms were relieved and the regular growth of the strawberry was not affected.The test results show that the 750-1 500 times liquid of 50%Fluazinam SC is optimum for controlling strawberry gray mold,and high temperature should be avoided when spraying.
