摘要
有关中小学教师流动的研究可以划分为两个阶段,每一阶段在研究的价值取向、研究的内容和方法上既有联系又有区别。已有研究主要基于效率和公平两种价值取向,研究内容主要涉及教师的流动意愿和政策性流动两大方面。在第二阶段研究中,大量使用实证研究。
The research on the flow of teachers in primary and secondary schools can be divided into two phases.Each phase has its own connection and difference in the value orientation,content and method of research.The existing research is mainly based on the two values of efficiency and fairness.And the content mainly involves the two aspects of teacher's willingness to flow and policy-based flow.In the second phase of research,a large number of empirical studies are used.
