媒介融合背景下函授教学实施的挑战与机遇

摘要 网络时代媒介融合在知识的组织与传播方面的碎片化、扁平化等特点对函授教学实施有着深刻的影响,这种影响使得函授教学实施的三个环节都产生了新的特点,如学习时间碎片化、自学方式个性化、考核形式多样化、考核内容情境化、考核组织人性化、教学内容问题化、内容组织短小化、辅导过程互动化等。媒介融合对函授教学实施的一线教师与管理者都带来了不同程度的挑战,同时也为教师教育教学水平的提升,为函授站点、主办高校核心竞争的提升带来了机遇。 In the network era,the characteristics of media convergence in the organization and dissemination of knowledge,such as fragmentation and flattening,have a profound impact on the implementation of correspondence teaching,and bring about new characteristics in the three links in the implementation of correspondence teaching,such as fragmentation of learning time,individuation of self-study,diversification of examination form,contextualization of examination content,humanization of examination organization,problematization of teaching content,shortening of content organization,interaction of the mentoring process,etc.Media convergence has brought different challenges to the teachers and administrators in the implementation of correspondence teaching.At the same time,it has also brought opportunities for the improvement of education and teaching level,the promotion of correspondence stations and the promotion of core competition in host colleges and universities.
