摘要
目的合成大麻素MAM-2201是一种新精神活性物质,常被喷涂在植物基质上而被滥用,建立该化合物的高灵敏度的液质联用检测方法。方法通过优化电喷雾三重四极杆质谱的质谱检测条件和色谱分离条件,建立检测植物基质中合成大麻素MAM-2201的液质联用检测方法。结果方法在0.2~500 ng/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,最低检出限为0.05 ng/mL,准确度在99.1%~103.8%范围内,日内相对标准偏差(RSD%)平均值为0.98%,日间相对标准偏差(RSD%)为2.12%。并在两起案件缴获检材中成功检测出了合成大麻素MAM-2201,质量分数分别为2.14%和2.48%。结论建立的合成大麻素MAM-2201的检测方法具有快速、灵敏、准确、可靠等优点,适用于相关案件中MAM-2201的检验鉴定。
Objective As a new psychoactive substance,synthetic cannabinoid MAM-2201 is abused by being sprayed on plant substrates.It is necessary to establish a highly sensitive method for the detection of synthetic cannabinoid MAM-2201,for timely cracking down on new drug crimes.Method Through optimizing the parameters of the electrospray-three quadrupole mass spectrometry and the chromatographic separation condition,a method was established for the detection of synthetic cannabinoid MAM-2201 in the plant matrix.Relults It has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.2-500 ng/mL.The limit of detection was 0.05 ng/mL,and the accuracy was in the range of 99.1%-103.8%.The intra-day relative standard deviation was 0.98%and the inter-day relative standard deviation was 2.12%.In the two cases seized,the synthetic cannabinoids MAM-2201 was successfully detected,and the mass concentration were 2.14%and 2.48%,respectively.Conclusion The detection method of synthetic cannabinoid MAM-2201 has the advantages of being rapid,sensitive and accurate.It was suitable for the identification of MAM-2201 in novel drug abuse cases.
