区域性肿瘤医院跨省异地就医直接结算的绩效评价

A Performance Appraisal of Direct Settlement After Trans-provincial Hospitalization of Regional Cancer Hospitals

本文以区域性肿瘤医院为例,使用Pearson卡方检验、t检验、Mann-Whitney秩和检验等方法对比分析全国跨省异地就医直接结算平台联网前后患者费用、负担情况、疾病谱等信息,对跨省异地就医直接结算工作进行绩效分析和评价。分析相关数据发现,跨省异地就医直接结算增加了医院的收入,减轻了患者的经济负担,满足了患者的就医需求,有利于优化医疗卫生资源的配置,但同时会对患者的次均费用产生一定的影响。

Regional cancer hospitals were taken as the examples.Comparing and analyzing the situation of patients which included their costs,aff ordability,spectrum of disease,etc.by Pearson chi-square test,t-test and Mann-Whitney rank sum test,the performance analysis and appraisal could be carried out on direct settlement after trans-provincial hospitalization and medical treatment.Through relative data,the direct settlement of seeking medical treatment in diff erent province has become a favor of both cancer hospitals and patients.As for hospitals,it's an income creator and a help of medical resource allocation;for patients,it meets their needs for better treatment and relieves their economic burden.However,it may impact the average cost.
