WIPO专利翻译工具是由WIPO基于最先进的技术而构建的专利文本翻译系统,其可以翻译10种官方语言的专利文本,并可以进行相互转化。基于工具的专业性、助力中国专利走向国际、吸引优秀专利来华、满足专利文本研究需求、降低专利搜寻成本、推动中国科学事业发展、推进与其他国家间的专利合作,认为中国需要推广该工具。并为推广该工具设计了签订谅解备忘录、应用于专利审查、向专利代理机构推广、向科研机构推广、向WIPO反馈应用情况的五大路径。

The WIPO patent translation tool is a patent text translation system built by WIPO based on state-of-the-art technology.It can translate patent texts in ten offi cial languages and convert texts into each other.Based on the professionalism of tools,helping Chinese patents go international,attracting outstanding patents to China,meeting the research needs of patent texts,reducing patent search costs,promoting the development of science in China,and promoting patent cooperation with other countries,we believes that it needs to promote the tool.In order to promote the tool,fi ve major paths were signed to sign the memorandum of understanding,apply to patent examination,promote to patent agencies,promote to scientifi c research institutions,and feedback to WIPO.
