近年来随着信息数据资源的骤然增长,我国知识产权的需求也不断扩大,要求不断提升。随着经济和科技的不断发展进步,专利以及商标的申请量不断递增。目前在保护和管理知识产权方面的技术水平无法满足需求和要求,因此我局可以通过借鉴西方发达国家应用大数据进行管理的经验和案例,建立完善的技术措施和制度,对知识产权数据加强整合和开放,以此增强大数据应用在知识产权管理方面的水平,促进整个社会的技术创新、经济的高速发展。

With the continuous development and progress of economy and technology,the number of applications for patents and trademarks is increasing.At present,the technical level of protection and management of intellectual property rights can not meet the needs and requirements,so our bureau can use the experience and cases of western developed countries for reference,establish perfect technical measures and systems,strengthen the integration and opening of intellectual property data,so as to enhance the level of application of large data in intellectual property management and promote the whole society.Technical innovation and rapid economic development will be achieved.
