高效准确的专利检索是促进专利质量提升的有效途径。CPC分类体系是一个全球性的专利文件分类体系,为专利文献提供了更为准确、更为细致的细分,也是高效专利检索的依赖手段之一。本文分析了CPC分类体系在化工领域专利分类的特点;CPC对于化工领域的文献增加的丰富技术细分和标明附加信息的2000系列,有利于提高化工领域专利检索的效率和准确度;本文进一步结合两个检索案例具体阐释了CPC分类体系相比较于IPC分类体系在化工领域专利检索上的优势。

Efficient and accurate patent search is an effective way to promote the improvement of patent quality.The CPC classification system is a global patent document classification system,which provides more accurate and detailed subdivisions of patent documents and is one of the reliance means for efficient patent search.This article analyzes the characteristics of CPC classification system in the field of chemical engineering.CPC augments abundance technical subdivisions and 2000 series identifying additional information for patents in the fi eld of chemical engineering,which is favourable to improving the efficiency and accuracy of patent search in the field.This article further gives two search cases to specifi cally illustrate the advantages of the CPC classifi cation system compared to the IPC classifi cation system in patent searchin the fi eld of chemical engineering.
