摘要
为了刻画项目组在研究提高武器系统效能过程中的思路及方法,提出了应用改进的可拓策略生成方法,生成解决问题的可拓策略。并可以利用优度评价方法,对生成的策略进行评价,从而选出最合适的可拓策略,为武器系统的研发、效能分析过程中矛盾问题的解决提供一个新的途径和思路。通过对舰载武器系统效能的提高分析实例,表明了该方法的有效性和可操作性。
In order to describe the idea and method of the project group in the study of improving the effectiveness of the weapon system,an improved extension strategy generation method is proposed to generate the extension strategy to solve the problem.The optimization method is used to evaluate the generated strategy,so as to select the most suitable extension strategy and provide a new way and idea for the research and development of the weapon system and the solution of the contradiction in the process of effectiveness analysis.An example of improving the effectiveness of shipborne weapon system shows that the method is effective and operable.
