我国中部地区农村医疗保险制度的运行分析——以新乡市为例

Analysis on the Operation of Rural Medical Insurance System in Central China——Taking Xinxiang City as an Example

随着市场经济的发展,社会保障作为人民生活的安全网、经济发展的助推器、社会矛盾的调节器、社会政治的稳定剂发挥着不可估量的作用,关系着国计民生,关系着国家的未来。而医疗保险作为社会保障体系中不可或缺的一部分,尤其农村医疗保险事关九亿农民的身体健康,事关农村经济的健康发展。以新乡市的农村医疗保险模式为例,对中部地区农村医疗保险制度在运行中出现的如监督不力、医生患者信息不对称等一系列问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议。

With the development of the market economy,social security,as a safety net for people's lives,a booster for economic development,a regulator of social contradictions,and a stabilizer for social politics,play an invaluable role in relation to the national economy and the people's livelihood.sfuture.Medical insurance is an indispensable part of the social security system.In particular,rural medical insurance concerns the health of the 900 million farmers and the healthy development of the rural economy.This paper takes the rural medical insurance model of Xinxiang City as an example to analyze the management problems in the operation of the rural medical insurance system in the central region,such as poor supervision and asymmetric information of doctors,and propose corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
