宁波市星级酒店基层管理人员招聘风险对策研究

摘要 目前,宁波市星级酒店(主要指四星级以上)已超过百家,对于基层管理人员的需求量逐年增大,而酒店业普遍面临着人员流失率居高不下的困境。因此,迫于上岗的压力,宁波星级酒店的基层人员的招聘周期不断缩短,进而放大了招聘风险。鉴于此,通过实地调研及访谈的方法,从招聘角度对基层人员流失进行分析,找出招聘存在的风险点,探究出帮助宁波星级酒店走出基础管理人员招聘风险困境的方法。 at present,Ningbo City star hotels(mainly referring to more than four stars)with more than 100,the demand for grassroots managers has increased year by year,and the hotel industry is generally faced with the dilemma of high turnover rate,so,forced by the pressure of employment,The recruitment cycle of the basic staff of Ningbo Star Hotel is continuously shortening,which in turn magnifies the recruitment risk.This article mainly aims at the high star hotel in Ningbo city,through the method of field investigation and interview,analyzes the loss of basic staff from the recruitment point of view,finds out the risks of recruitment,and explores ways to help Ningbo star hotel to get out of the risk dilemma of recruiting basic management personnel.
