细胞治疗帕金森病的研究进展

摘要 目前帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)的治疗主要以症状控制的药物治疗为主,但仍缺乏有效的根治措施。细胞治疗可通过神经移植来替代和修复PD中丢失或损伤的多巴胺神经元,从而改善或逆转疾病的进程,为PD的治疗带来了新的希望。作者主要介绍PD细胞治疗的背景,并对目前不同细胞来源的治疗进展和利弊进行综述。 Pharmacotherapy is currently the first line symptomatic treatment of Parkinson ’ s disease (PD), but we still lack the effective way to cure PD nowadays. Cell therapy for PD aims to replace and repair the lost or injured dopaminergic neurons in PD, which in turn leads to the amelioration or reversion of the pathological progression of PD. Cell therapy provides us a prospect for future PD management. This paper introduced the background of cell therapy for PD, and reviewed the pros and cons and new research development of cell therapy with different cell origins.
