The research progress of microenvironment influence on the level of autophagy in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells

应用骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)移植治疗一些难治性疾病为当前研究的热点。基础研究发现BMSCs存在自噬,外界微环境如缺氧条件、药物干预、肿瘤环境等可影响BMSCs的自噬水平。BMSCs的自噬水平的高低对其生物学特性具有一定的影响。了解外界微环境对BMSCs自噬水平的影响及其自噬水平高低与其生物学特性的关系,有助于我们更好地应用BMSCs来服务临床。

The application of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transplantation to treat some refractory diseases is the focus of current research. The basic studies have found that BMSCs have the function of autophagy, which can affect the autophagy level of BMSCs, such as the hypoxia, the drug intervention and tumor microenvironment. The level of autophagy in BMSCs has a certain effect on its biological characteristics. To understand the influence of the external microenvironment on the autophagy level of BMSCs and its biological characteristics, can help us to better use BMSCs for clinical service.
