摘要
目的对中国医院型生物样本库微信公众号的开设与运营情况进行调查,为移动互联网时代中国医院型生物样本库微信公众号宣传推广提供参考。方法通过智能手机微信公众号平台统计中国医院型生物样本库微信公众号开设数量、开设时间以及地区分布,微信公众号账号基本信息,推送频率、推送内容,互动情况及传播效果;分析以上统计结果,从运营人才队伍建设及运营策略提出对策。结果在众多中国医院型样本库中,仅8个开通并运营微信公众号,其中2个通过认证,整体推文发送频率较低,推送内容与形式单一。结论中国医院型生物样本库微信公众号开设与运营较不规范,整体尚处于初期阶段。医院型样本库需进一步借助微信公众号这一新媒体力量,不断探索样本库微信公众号运营模式,进而推动样本库宣传推广。
Objective To investigate the utilization and operation of the WeChat public platform among Chinese hospital-based biobanks,and to provide the practical experience in the establishment and operation of WeChat public platform for Chinese hospital-based biobanks in the internet era. Methods The information on the utilization and operation of the WeChat public platform,such as the establishing date, total number, regional distribution, the basic information of WeChat public platforms, the frequency and contents of tweets, service and spreading effects were collected through the smart phone WeChat public platform. In addition, above major items were analyzed, and suggestions to improve the establishment and operation strategy of a WeChat working group were proposed. Results It was found that among Chinese hospital-based biobanks, only 8 biobanks had established and operated the WeChat public platform, of which 2 biobanks had been certified. The overall frequency of tweets was low and the tweets contents and form were simple. Conclusion The overall establishment and operation circumstances of the WeChat public platform in Chinese hospital-based biobanks were still in the initial stage and at no standard. Chinese hospital-based biobanks need further explore the operation model of the WeChat public platform, which will in turn to promote the new media marketing of the biobanks.
