随着网络技术和信息技术的发展与普及,纸质档案数字化已经成为当今时代的发展趋势。虽然我国纸质档案数字化工作取得了一定的成果,但依然存在着很多问题,阻碍着我国档案事业的发展。本文主要从纸质档案数字化的必要性、问题及对策三方面开展研究。

With the development and popularization of network technology and information technology, digitization of paper archives has become the trend of today's development. Although digitization of paper archives has made some achievements in China, there are still many problems that hinder the development of archival undertaking in China. This paper mainly studies the necessity, problems and countermeasures of paper archives digitization.
