摘要
名老中医医案是国家的宝贵财富,蕴藏着中医理论和应用的精髓信息,更是祖国医药文献宝库的重要组成部分。文章就天津中医药大学第一附属医院名老中医医案信息管理工作中的经验和问题进行简要阐述,在名老中医医案的收集选择、挖掘与应用方面进行了探讨,望可为后续研究学习提供一些参考。
Famous old TCM doctors contain the essence of information for the theory and application of TCM. The famous TCM doctors’experience is not only the precious national wealth, but also the important component of TCM literature. This article briefly explains the experience and problems of information management of famous old TCM doctors cases in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. By discussing the collection, selection, excavation and application of the cases, the author hopes to provide some reference for the subsequent research.
