毛泽东的档案管理思想形散但神聚,细究起来发现,涉及对档案的认识和档案工作的实践两个层面。不论是在求学阶段、革命战争年代,还是新中国建设时期,毛泽东都深刻认识到档案的价值和重要性;对于档案工作的实践,如档案的收集、保管、编研、利用和专门档案建设等工作,他都提出了自己一系列的指示和精辟论述。
The form of Mao Zedong's archives management thoughts seems dispersed, but the spirit is unified. They can be classified into two aspects: archives understanding and work practice. Whether in the study stage, in the revolutionary war years or in the construction period of new China, Mao Zedong had a deep understanding of the importance and value of archives. In the practice of archival work, such as the collection, management, compilation, utilization and special archives construction, he put forward a series of instructions and incisive exposition .
