Reflection on Sharing of Archives Information Resources Under the Background of Big Data

大数据时代,档案信息资源共享工作的机遇与挑战并存,新形势下的档案共享工作需要抓住机遇,迎接挑战。文章首先揭示了大数据背景下档案信息资源共享时服务方式被动、缺少档案价值共享以及共享的安全风险问题,然后在研究计算型云、存储型云、数据库型云等大数据技术的基础上,提出解决档案信息资源共享存在问题的措施,最后从档案资源的亲民性、人才的综合性与共享的高效性方面提出大数据背景下档案信息资源共享时需要注意的问题。

In the era of big data, opportunities and challenges coexist in the sharing work of archives information resources. The archives sharing work in the new situation needs to seize the opportunity and meet the challenge. This paper reveals some problems of archives information resources sharing under the background of big data, such as the passive service method, the lack of archival value sharing and safety and risk problem. Then on the basis of calculation cloud, storage cloud, database cloud and other big data technology, it puts forward measures to the problems of archives information resources sharing, and finally proposes what needs to be paid attention to when sharing archives information resources under the background of big data from perspectives of affinity of archives resources, comprehensiveness of talents and efficiency of sharing.
