Problems and Countermeasures of Personnel Archives Management of the Dead——Taking Guizhou Normal University as an Example

人事档案是个人人生轨迹的缩写,犹如个人的社会影子。与自然影子不同的是,这一社会影子在工作与生活中的组织人事任用、个人学历提升、转正定级、职称申报、社会保险办理,甚至解决各种家庭纠纷等活动中起着重要的参考、凭证和依据作用,并且不会随人员的逝世而消失。"人死档不死",因此,对死亡人员人事档案的管理、保护及开发利用也是有必要的。

Personnel archives are the epitome of a man’s personal life,like his social shadow,which differs from natural shadow in that the social shadow plays an important reference,proof and basis role in work and life activities such as personnel assignment,individual education promotion,obtainment of grading,declaration of professional titles,social insurance handling,even solution to all kinds of family disputes,and it will not disappear with the death of the man.It is necessary to manage,protect and develop the personnel archives of the dead.
