基于行动研究法在神经内科护生带教中的应用效果观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨基于行动研究法在神经内科护生带教中的应用效果,不断提高带教老师的教学质量和提高实习护生专科护理临床实践能力。方法采用行动研究法,在识别问题后,按照"计划-行动-观察-反思"的螺旋循环过程,制订神经内科专科带教路径表应用于临床,并改革带教模式。经过2轮循环,比较2016年1月至6月和2016年7月至12月两阶段实习护生理论、技术操作考核成绩及实习护生对教学满意度情况。结果两阶段实习护生理论和操作成绩比较,均P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义,第2阶段实习护生成绩高于第1阶段;两阶段实习护生对教学满意度比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,但第二阶段实习护生对教学满意率有高于第一阶段的趋势。结论基于行动研究中建立的教学模式能够提高神经内科实习护生专科理论知识及技能水平,提高了教学质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the role of the bedside tutoring for the nursing students in the neurology department and to continuously improve the teaching quality as well as the clinical practice ability of nursing students.Methods The action research method was used in the bedside tutoring for the nursing students.After identifying the problems,the neurologist teaching path table was mapped out according to the spiral cycle process of"plan-action-observation-reflection"and then applied to the clinical practice.Upon it,the teaching mode was reformed.After 2 rounds of circulation from January to June 2016 and from July to December 2016,the results of the theoretical and nursing operation examinations for the nursing students and the satisfaction of the nursing students on the teaching were compared between the two rounds.Results The scores of the second round were significantly higher than those of the first round(P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of tutors during the second round was significantly higher than that during the first round(P >0.05).Conclusions The teaching model based on the action research can consolidate the knowledge of neurology and their nursing skills.It can improve the satisfaction level of nursing students during internship at the neurology department and thus better the teaching quality.It is worthy of clinical application.
