刑事案件现场勘查作为案件侦破过程中的关键环节,其结果不仅关系到案件侦破所需要线索的具备程度,同时还对案件侦查方向和进度产生直接性的影响。随着近年来我国刑事案件中犯罪分子反侦查意识和能力的提升,以及技术手段在犯罪中的应用,使得案件现场勘查的难度逐步增加。基于此,有必要围绕刑事案件现场勘查质量进行相应的实践性研究,促进高质量现场勘查活动的开展。在对刑事案件现场勘查的要求进行介绍的基础上,明确目前影响现场勘查质量的因素,并对如何克服这些因素的影响,提升刑事案件现场勘查的质量提出相应的策略建议,优化新时代刑事案件现场勘查的方法。

As a key link in the process of criminal cases detection,crime scene investigation is not only related to the degree of clues required for case detection,but also has a direct impact on the direction and progress of case investigation.Recent years,with the improvement of the anti-investigation awareness and ability of criminals in criminal cases in China,and the application of technical means in crime,the difficulty of crime scene investigation has gradually increased.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out corresponding practical research on the quality of crime scene investigation of criminal cases,to improve the quality of crime scene investigation.On the basis of the introduction of the requirements for crime scene investigation of criminal cases,to optimize the methods of crime scene investigation of criminal cases in the new era,the factors affecting the quality of crime scene investigations were clarified,and corresponding strategies and suggestions for how to overcome the influence of these factors and improve the quality of crime scene investigations in criminal cases were proposed.
