微湿布条DNA检验

本文根据对微湿检材的观察及分析,通过直接剪取法处理检材,再对比改良硅珠法和常规硅珠法纯化微量生物检材中的DNA。结果验证采用改良硅珠法提取微量生物检材中DNA,更易得到完整的STR基因分型图谱,而常规硅珠法提取微量生物检材中的DNA,会导致大片段位点丢失。

Based on the observation and analysis of moist materials,the samples were processed by direct shearing method,and the DNA were compared through modified silicon bead method and conventional silica bead method.The result showed that the complete STR genotyping map was more easily obtained from the DNA extracted from the modified silica bead method.However,the DNA extracted from the conventional silicon bead method resulted in the loss of large fragment sites.
