The issue of human rights protection for offenders in custody has always been the focus of attention of all sectors of society.Whether the prison has provided full and effective medical security to their health right not only directly reflects the current state of national human rights guarantees,but also reflects the process of social civilization and democratic rule of law.In H Province,due to the limitation of subjective and objective conditions,there are still some shortages in the medical security of prisoners in custody,which affect and restrict the protection of criminals'right to health.The article,taking the criminals in H province as the research objects,carries on a theoretical analysis to the deep problems existing,which can provide references for the relevant theoretical research and policy formulation.
