摘要
学术评价本身具有决策、激励、导向、规范作用,既有助于学术成果的传播和转化,也是科研管理的重要内容之一。对学院和科研管理部门而言,论文成果发表量和被引情况等是评价教师个人学术价值的重要指标。通过对教师科研成果分析,致力于提高学术评价的透明度,倡导学术争鸣,充分调动广大教师学术研究的积极性和创造力,进一步推动学院学术研究的可持续和健康科学发展。
Academic evaluation itself has the function of decision-making,motivation,guidance and standardization,which not only contributes to the dissemination and transformation of academic achievements,but also is one of the important contents of scientific research management.For the College and Scientific Research Management Department,the publication quantity and citation of the thesis are the important indexes to evaluate the individual academic value of teachers.Through the analysis of teachers'scientific research achievements,we are committed to improving the transparency of academic evaluation,advocating academic contention,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers'academic research,and further promoting the sustainable and healthy scientific development of academic research in colleges.
