体育教师教学模式与教学动机的关系探究

On the Relationship between Teaching Mode and Teaching Motivation of Physical Education Teachers

研究目的是调查教师的教学动机与教学模式的关系。来自五个省份的176名体育教师参与研究。用Roth等基于自我决定理论研制的问卷评价教师的动机。经过测试适用于体育教师。根据Curtner-Smith等对教学模式的描述通过教师自我报告的数据评价教学模式的应用。含有3个因素的教师动机量表的修正验证性因素模型,适合满意拟合度指数的标准。结果显示教师教学的内在动机比外部动机多。跨文化比较显示湖南省教师有更多的内在动机,同时上海的教师比其他四个省份的教师有更高的外部动机。5省的教师报告与生产式教学模式相比,再制式教学模式使用更频繁。研究结果证实教师自主动机与学生为主或生产式教学模式相关,非自主动机的教师采用更多的教师为主或再制式教学模式的假设。经常使用生产式教学模式的教师内在和內摄动机显著较高。内在动机的教师更多的使用生产式教训模式能有助于促进学生身体活动。

The purpose of the research is to investigate the relationship between teachers'teaching motivation and teaching mode.There are 176 physical education teachers from five provinces participated in the study.Teachers’motivation were evaluated by a questionnaire with Roth’s self-determination theory,which applicable for physical education teachers by test.According to the description of the teaching mode by Curtner-Smith,the teaching mode applications were evaluated by the data of the teachers self-reports.The revised confirmatory factor model of the teachers motivation scale with three factors meets the standard of satisfactory fitness index.The result showed that teachers have more intrinsic motivation than external motivation.Cross-cultural comparisons showed that teachers in Hunan Province have more intrinsic motivation,while teachers in Shanghai have higher external motivation than teachers in the other four provinces.Compare the report of teachers in the five provinces with the production-based teaching mode,the reproduction teaching mode was more frequently used.The result confirmed that the teacher's autonomous motivation is related to the student-oriented or production-based teaching mode,and teacher with non-autonomous motivation adopted teacher-based or reproduction teaching mode.Teachers who often use the production-based teaching mode enjoyed significantly higher intrinsic motivation and it can help to promote students physical activities.
