塑钢纤维掺量、长径比对混凝土力学特性影响 被引量:5

The Influence of Fiber Admixture and Long Diameter Ratio on Mechanical Properties of Concrete

摘要 通过研究3种掺量、4种长径比的塑钢纤维,对橡胶混凝土的塌落度、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及其应力-应变曲线影响,得到各因素对橡胶混凝土塌落度、强度及应力-应变曲线影响规律。试验结果表明:塑钢纤维掺量增加、长径比增大,混凝土塌落度减小,黏聚性增加,应力应变曲线峰值应力提高,曲线下降段变缓,延性、韧性、阻裂性显著提高;选用最佳长径比20、适宜掺量6 kg/m3,抗压强度与劈拉强度较基准混凝土分别提高36.7%和69.7%,试件破坏时完整性较好。 By studying the influence of plastic steel fibers with three dosage and four length-diameter ratios on the collapse degree, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and stress-strain curve of rubber concrete, the influence law of various factors on the collapse degree, strength and stress-strain curve of rubber concrete was obtained. Experimental results showed that the proportion of plastic steel fiber increased, the length-diameter ratio increased, the collapse degree of concrete decreased, the cohesion increased, the peak stress of the stress-strain curve increased, the decline section of the curve slowed down, and the ductility, toughness and crack resistance increased significantly. Select the optimum length-diameter ratio of 20 and the appropriate dosage of 6 kg/m^3. The compressive strength and split tensile strength were improved by 36.7% and 69.7%, respectively, compared with the benchmark concrete. The specimen has good integrity when it is damaged.
