摘要
四川雅安低品位磷钾矿浮选尾矿中K_2O品位达到了10.57%,具有重要的回收价值。研究通过反浮选和化学浸出的方法,最终获得了K_2O品位12.91%,Fe_2O_3品位0.76%的钾长石产品。反浮选采用水玻璃和KCl为组合抑制剂,十二胺为捕收剂,可以有效降低产品中的MgO含量,同时进一步降低了P_2O_5含量,提高了K_2O品位。磁选对富钾尾矿中含铁杂质的去除效果并不理想,化学浸出法可以更好地降低产品中Fe_2O_3品位,在H_2SO_4质量分数为20%,温度为65℃,浸出时间为3 h的条件下,钾长石产品的Fe_2O_3品位降低到0.76%,K_2O品位进一步升高到12.91%,获得了较理想的处理效果。
The K2O grade of tailings from low grade phosphate and potash feldspar compound ore was 10.57%, and the recycling of these tailings was important. With the use of reverse flotation and chemical leaching, the grade of K2O in the product was up to 12.91%, and the grade of Fe2O3 was downgrade to 0.76% in this study. The use of sodium silicate, KCl, and lauryl amine can significantly reduce the grade of MgO and P2O5 on the product, and the grade of K2O was upgraded. Magnetic was undesirability in the remove of ferruginous impurity, and Chemical leaching was more suitable on the removal of ferruginous impurity. An ideal treatment effect was obtained under the condition of H2SO4 concentration 20%, temperature 65 ℃, and leaching time 3 h. The grade of Fe2O3 reduced to 0.76%, and the grade of K2O up to 12.91%.
