摘要
通过使用六偏磷酸钠、无水碳酸钠及这两种助磨剂按1∶1、1∶2和2∶1配比的混合药剂作助磨剂,对攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿进行磨矿效果研究。使用LS-CWN(3)激光粒度分析仪分析磨后颗粒粒度分布。结果表明:单一六偏磷酸钠和无水碳酸钠对钒钛磁铁矿磨矿起到一定的助磨作用,但不甚明显;而混合助磨剂对磨矿效果有较大的改善。按1∶1配比的助磨剂(六偏磷酸钠用量0.6 kg/t、无水碳酸钠用量1.4 kg/t)助磨效果最好,磨后产品小于75μm的产率为75.36%,与无助磨剂相比产率提高7.36%。助磨剂的添加可在一定程度上提高攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿的磨矿效果。
The grinding effection of Panzhihua vanadium-titanium magnetite was studied by using sodium hexametaphosphate, anhydrous sodium carbonate and two kinds of grinding aid as grinding aid in the ratio of 1 ∶ 1, 1 ∶ 2 and 2 ∶ 1. After grinding, the particle size distribution was analyzed by LS-CWN(3) laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that the single sodium hexaphosphate and anhydrous sodium carbonate had certain grinding effection on vanadium-titanium magnetite grinding, but it was not obvious. The grinding effection was greatly improved by using the mixed grinding aids. The grinding effection of grinding aids in the ratio of 1 ∶ 1 was the most obvious .When the amount of sodium hexametaphosphate was 0.6 kg/t and anhydrous sodium carbonate was 1.4 kg/t, the grinding rate of less than 75μm was 75.36%, which was 7.36% higher than the grinding rate of helpless grinding aid. The analysis showed that the grinding effection of Panzhihua vanadium-titanium magnetite can be improved by adding grinding aid to a certain extent.
