“双新”外向型人才需求预测及高校培养对策——以河南自由贸易试验区为例

Demand Forecast of “Double New” Outward-Oriented Talents and Countermeasures of College Cultivation:Taking Henan Pilot Free Trade Zone as an Example

以中国河南自由贸易试验区为研究案例,在分析自由贸易试验区经济发展及所需人才特征的基础上,引入灰色系统预测模型,对未来5年"双新"外向型人才需求展开预测。在此数据基础上,结合河南自贸区外向型企业的地方特色和省内高校外语人才培养机制,提出高校"双新"外向型人才培养建议。

Taking the Henan Free Trade Zone as a research case, based on the analysis of the economic development of the free trade zone and the characteristics of the required talents, the grey system prediction model was introduced to forecast the demand for “double new” outward-oriented talents in the next five years. On the basis of this data, combined with the local characteristics of the outward-oriented enterprises in Henan Free Trade Zone and the foreign language talent training mechanism of colleges and universities in the province, the paper puts forward the suggestions for the training of “double new” outward-oriented talents in colleges and universities.
