摘要 通过对现阶段我国新型人才需求及高校课堂教学的现状进行分析,探索出一种适合于创新型人才培养的课堂教学模式。对创新型人才培养规律和高校课堂教学存在的问题进行研究,认为以学生为中心的开放式课堂教学模式,能够借助多个维度的开放有效突破"思维标准化"和"知识无活力化"障碍,促进课堂教学对创新能力的培养,从而更好地服务于国家创新发展。 Through the analysis of the current demand for new talents in China and the present situation of classroom teaching in colleges and universities, this paper explores a classroom teaching pattern suitable for the cultivation of innovative talents. The cultivation of innovative talents and the problems existing in classroom teaching in colleges and universities were studied. It is believed that the open classroom teaching mode centered on students can effectively break through the obstacles of “thinking standardization” and “knowledge without vitality” with the help of multiple dimensions, and promote the cultivation of innovation ability in classroom teaching, so as to better serve the national innovation and development.
