摘要
叠氮钠等含有叠氮基团的高能化合物在加热过程中会产生逸出组分,热重-质谱联用系统可用于研究化合物热分解过程,并对逸出组分进行检测。本实验采用带真空置换的热重-质谱联用系统研究了叠氮钠的热分解行为。结果表明:由热分解曲线得到叠氮钠的热分解起始温度为396℃,分解终止温度为412℃,在200~400℃温度范围内叠氮钠的热失重为44.3%;真空置换条件下,质谱检测到质荷比(m/z)28氮气的分子离子峰,相比不采用真空置换时,结果的的背景噪音降低了1000倍。该研究表明在热重质谱联用技术中,采用真空置换条件可显著降低质谱中来自空气的背景噪声,提高逸出气的检测灵敏度。
The thermal decomposition of sodium azide was studied by thermogravimetric mass spectrometry system with vacuum replacement technology.It was found that the initial thermal decomposition temperature was 396℃and decomposition termination temperature was 412℃.The thermal weightlessness of sodium azide was 44.3%.Under the condition of vacuum replacement,the mass/charge ratio of nitrogen(m/z=28)was detected using mass spectrometry method,which had declined about 1000 times compared with no use of vacuum replacement technology.The results showed that the vacuum replacement played an important role in reducing the background noise from the environment and improving the detection sensitivity of the gas.
