摘要 将金属基低共熔溶剂(MDES)结合微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取小茴香的精油,所得精油经气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析共鉴定出44种挥发性成分,而微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法(MHD)所得精油只能鉴定出26种挥发性成分。研究结果表明,小茴香样品经过MDES预处理后,提取所得小茴香精油与水蒸气蒸馏法所得精油相比,其含有更多的挥发性成分。因此,基于金属基低共熔溶剂的微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法(MDES-MHD)是一种新型的提取植物精油的绿色提取方法。 A total of 44 volatile components are obtained when the fennel(Foeniculum vulgare Mill)essential oil extracted with microwave-assisted hydro-distillation(MHD)based on novel deep eutectic solvent is analyzed.While the microwave-assisted hydro-distillation method can only obtain 26 volatile components.The result shows that more volatile components can be obtained after MDES pretreatment.Therefore,microwave-assisted hydro-distillation(MDES-MHD)based on metal deep eutectic solvent is a new green pretreatment technology.
