摘要
采用4台复合式膜生物反应器(HMBR)处理生活污水,研究了污泥龄(SRT)对溶解性胞外聚合物(SEPS)及膜污染的影响。结果表明,SRT对S-EPS有重要影响,当SRT由10 d延长到20 d时,S-EPS降低了6.8%;继续延长SRT到30 d和60 d,S-EPS基本保持稳定。S-EPS对活性污泥物理性能影响较大,它与Zeta电位、污泥絮凝沉淀性能及滤饼层比阻具有较强的相关性。当SRT为20 d时,随着S-EPS的减少,膜过滤阻力明显降低,膜总阻力仅为1.9×1013m-1,膜组件过滤周期为99 d。
Four hybrid membrane bioreactors(HMBR) have been used for treating domestic sewage,and the influences of sludge retention time(SRT) on soluble extracellular polymeric substances(S-EPS) and membrane fouling investigated. The results show that SRT has important influences on S-EPS. When the SRT is extended from 10 d to20 d,S-EPS is decreased by 6.8%. When the SRT is continuously extended to 30 d and 60 d,S-EPS remain stable basically. S-EPS have a relatively strong influence on the physical performances of activated sludge,which has relatively strong correlation with Zeta potential,activated sludge flocculation and sedimentation performances,and the cake layer specific resistance. When the SRT is 20 d,the membrane filtration resistance is decreased obviously with the decrease of S-EPS,the total membrane resistance is only 1.9×10^13m^-1,and the membrane filtering cycle of membrane modules is 99 d.
