摘要
在不同染色方案下,用双活性基团染料对真丝面料进行染色。设计了4因素3水平正交试验,测定温度、pH值、染液质量分数和浴比对双活性基团染料上染真丝面料的影响。结果表明,当温度为70℃,pH值为5,染液质量分数为7%,浴比为1:30时,上染百分率最大(88.28%),真丝面料上染效果最好。在优化工艺条件下,采用酶脱胶的真丝面料比碱脱胶的真丝面料上染率高,染料对面料伤害小。
Under different dyeing conditions,the dyeing of silk fabric with double reactive dyes were studied.The orthogonal tests with 4 factors and 3 levels were carried out.The effects of temperature,pH value,dye liquor mass concentration and bath ratio on the dyeing performance were measured.The results showed that the percentage of silk fabric dyeing was at the maximum(88.28%),as the temperature was 70℃,pH value was 5,dye liquor mass concentration was 7%,and the bath ratio was 1:30.The enzyme degumming of silk fabric dyeing rate was higher than alkai degumming of silk fabric dyeing rate,while the dye had small damage to silk fabric.
