三交河矿2-512大采高工作面矿压显现规律与支架适应性研究

摘要 为对2-512工作面回采期间矿压显现规律及支架适应性进行分析,通过在工作面不同位置布置矿压监测站,对工作面覆岩的运移规律及应力分布特征进行分析,并在回采期间对支架的初撑力、工作阻力和末阻力的分布状态进行统计分析。结果表明,工作面初次来压步距约为37 m,周期来压步距约为17 m,后续回采期间应加强支架初撑力的管理。 In order to analyze the characteristics of mining pressure during the mining of 2-512 working face and the adaptability of the support,the mining pressure monitoring station and the stress distribution characteristics of the working face were analyzed by arranging the mine pressure monitoring station at different positions on the working face.The statistical analysis of the initial support force,working resistance and end resistance of the bracket was carried out during the recovery mining.The results showed that the initial pressure step of the working face was about 37 m,and the pressure step 17m.The management of the initial support force of the bracket should be strengthened during the subsequent mining.
